Shipping policy

We cannot control certain aspects of the shipping process such as damage from shipping carriers or lost packages.  Please allow a 1-2 day processing time due to getting orders ready and packaged for shipping.   If order is placed near or during a holiday, processing times may vary take longer due to shipping carriers operating hours, busy seasonal times and other variables.   We strive to get your package out to you as fast as we can allow.
If this is a custom order processing times may vary to the customization and/or processing/making of said order.  Producing custom soap/products takes several weeks at time to cure/finish.
